THE GOOD:
-Quiet rural setting
-3 minutes from Weaverville, 15 minutes from AVL
-Wood and Tile Floors
-Bedroom is about 100 sq. ft plus small closet
-Washing Machine [but no dryer]
-Extra guest bedroom open for your friends or relations visiting.
-Aweome quaker handyman landlord
-Beautiful deck, yard, and potential for gardens in Spring

THE BAD:
-the last stretch of road {200 ft} is fairly rough, and will stay that way
-no internet at the moment, but there is cell reception
-we have an agreement with our landlord that for the next 2 months he can come and do some light remodeling work around and outside the house during the day.
-fireplace is not working, but makes a decent altar space.
-bedrooms are next to each other, so you hear....everything. Yeah.
